Return / Refund Policy

DPO Solutions offers a limited return policy for our virtual downloads. The following conditions apply;

  • Refunds may only apply in cases where there is a defect with the product which cannot be remediated with reasonable efforts by us.
  • Refunds may also be applied in cases of double billing or unintended multiple purchases of the same product.
  • Refund amounts are applied based on the actual amount charged to you at the time of purchase irrespective of any price changes or discounts after the time of sale.
  • Notice periods for claims are limited to 5 days from the original date and time of purchase.
  • Claims must be made through the contact us form on the contact us page of our website.
