Our Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund policy based on technical product defects identified within 30 days of purchase. We will offer a full refund or product exchange if we are unable to fix technical issues to your satisfaction within that period.
Items that are not covered by this policy include;
- Content e.g. slide information, speaker notes, excel workbook information
- Compatibility issues with Apple devices including phones, tablets, laptops, PC’s etc.
- Products that are discontinued and are no longer on our store
- Any item that was purchased more than 30 days after purchase
- Any item that was not purchased by you (“The buyer”)
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
